This policy explains what data atulier (the "Service") processes, why, who it is shared with and what rights you have. By using the Service you accept this processing.
1. Data we process
- Account: email, name and, if you sign in with an external provider, your profile picture.
- Content: chat messages, designs and their versions, and the details you add when sharing a design (for example, name, phone or price).
- Room photos (only if you use "See it in the room"): sent to the artificial intelligence provider to generate the image; we do not store them.
- Payments: the payment processor handles your payment details; we receive the outcome of the transaction and your credit balance, never your card details.
- Usage and technical: usage events, language, approximate country from your IP, device and browser type, and cookies.
2. Why we use it
- To provide the Service: generate designs, save your projects, process credits and payments.
- To show reference prices for your country and language.
- To measure and improve the product with usage statistics.
- To prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the Service, or with your consent where required.
3. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed: hosting and database, authentication, payment processing, product analytics and artificial intelligence models. We may also share data when required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell your data.
Some providers may process data in other countries, with the appropriate contractual safeguards.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and measure usage. You can delete or block them in your browser, though some features may stop working.
5. Retention and security
We keep data while you have an account, or as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law. We apply reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure. If you delete your account, we delete your designs, except what we must keep by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain uses, by writing toinfo@atulier.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13 or at anyone below the minimum age to enter into contracts in their country.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will let you know within the Service.
